Due to the nature of our products, which include digital HR documents and downloadable content, all purchases are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Refund requests will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company and will only be granted where it is deemed fair, reasonable, and justified to do so. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect or duplicate purchases
• Technical issues preventing access to the purchased product
• Material defects or errors in the document provided

Refunds will not be granted in circumstances where:

• The product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used
• The customer has changed their mind after purchase
• The product does not meet subjective expectations

Refunds will be conducted via EFT, within 5 working days from being approved and banking details for the refund being received. Should a refund be completed the rights to use the relevant document in any manner will fall away. The document is required to be deleted from any computers, servers or systems it may be stored on or in.

There are no administrative or other charges attached to any refunds. If approved a full refund of the purchase price will be conducted.
