Employees register themselves for self service so that they can administer their own relevant data, all online.

The value – Employees can get their own payslips and tax certificates. They can apply for leave online, change their basic details and get payslips on their mobile phones or even have their information sent to a third party fax machine directly.

How we have changed the old “rules” and what to look out for:

  • We know that access to payroll is a modern day necessity and therefore have made it easier than ever before to give employees access to their information. There are no additional costs for this functionality – it is standard delivered.
  • EasyHR has crossed the divide of “access” and “instant” to ensure that you do not have to rely on third party products to act as self service plugins and not being able to get real- time information instantaneously online.
